Mike Warmouth
President & Owner

Mike Warmouth, President and Owner of W&W Project Solutions, has 20+ years of project management experience, along with 25+ years of IT project based experience. He has led teams of 4 to 15 project managers, working across the globe to deliver all types of projects, on time and within budget. In his IT PM career, Mike has effectively managed both IT application and infrastructure based projects. He also has multiple years of M&A integration experience and has recently integrated IT business systems of multi-billion dollar companies. 

Over his 25 year IT career, Mike has successfully managed and worked on a large and diverse mix of IT projects. He has managed small and moderate sized pure development projects, CRM focused projects as well as ERP deployments. Mike has managed multiple projects to enhance Oracle and/or SAP ERP modules, improving their efficiency in automating various business processes, including financial, supply chain (purchasing, receiving, warehousing, etc.), inventory, management, reporting and analysis.

Mike has been the overall program manager overseeing large and complex mergers and acquisitions.  Most recently Mike was the overall program manager for integrating Broadcom Limited ERP, non-ERP, infrastructure, and end user systems with the acquiring Avago Technologies systems. Mike personally managed multiple infrastructure projects, including multiple site consolidations and security enhancements. He was also responsible for providing weekly status updates to IT upper management. 

Mike has also overseen multiple M&A integrations where complex business requirements were successfully migrated into the acquiring company's business processes and systems. He has extensive experience with creating and implementing program schedules, guiding project teams through requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. He has built the overall program governance structures, ensuring all levels of business and IT management stay aligned throughout the schedule.

Mike has managed small and moderate sized development and reporting projects, using PMI PM principles and system development waterfall methodologies. He has built a PMO (Project Management Organization) from the ground up, providing standards, templates, and Project tracking software and reporting.  

​Mike also has over 10 years of Microsoft Project Server administration experience, most recently managing a Project Server 2013 environment, including over 150 active IT projects. He personally speaks and works with every client on their projects, from contract proposal through the completion of the projects, to ensure customer satisfaction with all deliverables.

Mike has the business savvy and broad IT experience to actively LISTEN TO YOU, understand your requirements, and work with your internal project team to define a solution that will address your business needs. He will create a project plan to scope out the effort, define the relevant tasks, coordinate all your business and IT resources, and deliver the solutions on time and within your budget.
