Working to understand our client’s project’s scope and requirements, we build user friendly project plans and schedules to guide projects to completion. Depending on the projects, plans can vary from the very straightforward and simple to the more complicated and complex. In all cases, we will assign available resources to relevant tasks and ensure all key dependencies are included. Flexible formats (such as spreadsheets) are available for the plan outputs.
Status Tracking
At the beginning of the project, we agree on what information our clients need to understand the health of the projects. Using flexible formats and tools, we then provide regular status reports to our clients on regular and agreed upon schedules. Tracking can be done at both the individual and/or consolidated program level. For additional fees, we can also export the data into more formal presentation formats.
Consolidated Reports
Once reporting requirements are discussed and understood, we will also generate regular status reports to upper management, and if applicable, consolidate all the individual projects into a summary program status report.
Project Execution
From agreement of the project’s scope, we execute our project plan. Depending on whether the project is development of software, deployment or infrastructure, design and deployment of the business website, or delivering online marketing across multiple social media sites, we stay on top of the resources to execute the tasks to make it happen. All projects have the same goal; provide the scope of deliverables on time, within budget, and in a high quality manner.
